Terms and Conditions
Terms for using Fravorly.
These Terms govern your access to the Fravorly mobile application and related services.
By creating an account, tapping an acceptance button, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these Terms.
- Fravorly is currently invite-only. Invitation access is personal and may be limited or revoked.
- You must provide accurate information, use one genuine identity, and keep your credentials secure.
- Access is a revocable privilege. Prior use does not create a right to continued access.
2. Nature of the Service
Fravorly helps friends and trusted personal contacts coordinate informal, non-commercial favors, resource sharing, and social reciprocity. Fravorly is not a marketplace, gig platform, employer, agency, payment processor, bank, money transmitter, escrow service, or professional-services provider.
Users independently decide whether to request, accept, decline, or complete a favor. Fravorly does not guarantee identity, background checks, licensing, training, trustworthiness, quality, legality, safety, timing, or outcomes.
3. Kudos, Points, and social accounting
The Service may use Kudos, points, credits, badges, or similar internal designations (collectively, “Points”) to recognize helpful actions and record social reciprocity.
- Points have no cash value and cannot be redeemed, withdrawn, cashed out, or converted into money.
- Points are a limited, revocable license for in-app use and are not wages, deposits, stored value, securities, gift cards, or payment instruments.
- Points may move only through product mechanics and may not be sold, brokered, pledged, or traded off-platform.
- Fravorly may grant, cap, hold, reverse, expire, remove, or forfeit Points for product operation, moderation, fraud prevention, correction, or account enforcement.
4. Purchases
Optional in-app purchases are processed by the applicable app store, not directly by Fravorly. Store billing, tax, and refund rules also apply. Except where required by law or store policy, purchases are final and non-refundable. Purchasing Points does not create a right to cash redemption, continued service, or restoration after lawful enforcement.
5. Personal, non-commercial use
You may use Fravorly only for informal social favors among friends and trusted contacts. You may not advertise, broker, book, or provide paid work; sell products or professional services; use Points as payment; recruit labor; generate commercial leads; or operate on behalf of a business through the Service.
6. Conduct and prohibited activity
You may not use the Service to request, arrange, promote, or perform unlawful, dangerous, exploitative, deceptive, discriminatory, harassing, violent, sexually explicit, or privacy-invasive activity. You must not misuse emergency services, weapons, controlled substances, financial transfers, regulated services, transportation, medical care, or access to vulnerable people. Review the Community Guidelines and Safety and Trust guidance.
You may not impersonate others, manipulate favor history or Points, upload malware, scrape the Service, evade enforcement, interfere with platform operation, or create a replacement account after suspension without written permission.
7. Favors, resources, and user responsibility
You are solely responsible for deciding whether a user, request, item, location, or activity is appropriate. Meetings, transportation, pickups, deliveries, property use, lending, borrowing, and off-platform communication occur at your own risk. Fravorly does not inspect property, verify ownership, guarantee completion, or insure loss, theft, damage, injury, or misconduct.
8. Reports, disputes, and moderation
You may report content or conduct through in-app tools or [email protected]. Fravorly may review available information, remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts during review, permanently terminate access, or preserve information when reasonably necessary for safety or legal compliance. Fravorly is not a court, insurer, collection service, or guarantor and does not promise a particular outcome or review timeline.
9. Suspension, termination, and account deletion
Fravorly may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts for Terms violations, safety concerns, fraud, misuse, commercial activity, inactivity, or other lawful reasons. Associated Points may be frozen or forfeited without compensation except where law or store policy requires otherwise. You may request deletion as described on the Account Deletion page. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination remain effective.
10. User content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Fravorly a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to host, store, reproduce, display, format, and use that content as necessary to operate, improve, and secure the Service. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit it. Fravorly may remove or restrict content but is not obligated to monitor everything users submit.
11. Fravorly intellectual property and feedback
Fravorly LLC and its licensors own the Service, software, designs, names, logos, and other materials they provide. Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal use. Feedback you voluntarily provide may be used without restriction, attribution, or compensation.
12. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, retain, and protect personal information. It is incorporated into these Terms. The Service is not intended for anyone under 18.
13. Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” FRAVORLY DISCLAIMS EXPRESS, IMPLIED, AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, SAFETY, AND UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION.
Fravorly specifically disclaims responsibility for user conduct, favor outcomes, property loss or damage, injury, emotional distress, business loss, and reliance on profiles, history, or Points.
14. Limitation of liability and indemnification
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FRAVORLY AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, LICENSORS, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OR LOSS ARISING FROM THE SERVICE OR USER INTERACTIONS.
Where liability cannot be excluded, Fravorly's aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid Fravorly in the preceding 12 months or USD $50. You agree to defend and indemnify Fravorly against claims arising from your misuse of the Service, user interactions, Terms violations, or violation of law or another person's rights, to the extent permitted by law.
15. Arbitration and class-action waiver
Except for eligible small-claims matters, intellectual-property claims, or requests for urgent injunctive relief, you and Fravorly agree to individual binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its applicable consumer rules. You waive jury trial and participation in class, collective, coordinated, or representative proceedings to the extent permitted by law.
You may opt out within 30 days after first accepting these Terms by emailing [email protected] with your name, account email, and a clear opt-out statement.
16. Governing law
Illinois law governs these Terms without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory law requires otherwise. Non-arbitrable disputes will be brought in state courts in Lake County, Illinois, or the federal court for the Northern District of Illinois, subject to applicable law.
17. Changes and general terms
Fravorly may change or discontinue features and may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated when required. These Terms and incorporated policies are the entire agreement about the Service. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your account or these Terms; Fravorly may assign them in connection with its business.
18. Contact
Questions about these Terms may be sent to [email protected]. Fravorly LLC operates from Vernon Hills, Illinois.
