Account deletion
You can close your account from the app.
Fravorly provides an in-app deletion flow with a 14-day grace period in case you change your mind.
Request deletion
- Sign in to Fravorly.
- Open Settings.
- Find Account deletion.
- Select Request account deletion.
- Review the confirmation and approve the request.
Your active sessions will be revoked immediately, and a cancellation link will be emailed to the address on your account.
Cancel during the grace period
You have 14 days before deletion processing begins. Open the cancellation link in the email we send, then confirm that you want to keep your account. If you cannot find that email, contact [email protected] from the address associated with your account.
If you cannot access the app
Email [email protected] from the address associated with your account. Include only the information needed to identify the account. Never send your password, access token, or verification code.
We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request.
What deletion means
After the grace period, Fravorly schedules the account and associated personal data for permanent deletion or de-identification, subject to operational processing time and the retention described in our Privacy Policy.
Some information may be retained when reasonably necessary to comply with law, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, enforce agreements, maintain security records, complete financial reporting, or preserve content already shared with other users. Backup copies may remain for a limited period before routine deletion.
